Is your site secure?
Yes. Our site uses a secure server certificate to encrypt your personal and credit information during your online transaction.

Who can I contact about my order?
The Salish Lodge & Spa online orders department can assist you with your order Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm Pacific time. For Retail Orders:by email or telephone at 800-2-Salish. For Gift Certificate Orders:by email or telephone at 800-2-Salish.

Shipping
All orders, except gift certificates, will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS), Mon-Fri. Delivery time to most locations is approximately 3-7 business days.

Inventory & Out of Stock
All items sold in our online store are in stock unless otherwise indicated. In the rare event an item is determined to be out of stock after you’ve completed your order, a customer service representative will contact you to inform you and make the necessary arrangements.

International Orders
Delivery is currently available to addresses in the United States and Canada only.

Returns & Exchanges
Items that have been opened and/or have had their seal broken cannot be returned or exchanged. Food items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sales Tax
Applicable state sales tax will be charged on all merchandise except packaged food items.

Personal Information
Your personal and credit information is secure and will be used for the purposes of fulfilling your order only. We will not provide this information to a third party.

What is a “Shopping Cart”?
Your Shopping Cart is a helpful tool that displays the items you’ve selected from our store during your visit. Items will remain in your cart for up to one week or until you check out. Click on the Shopping Cart link to view added items and revise your order or proceed to check out.

How do I remove items from my shopping cart?
To remove items from your cart, simply click on the remove item box next to the item you wish to remove and click “update cart”.

How do I purchase the items in my shopping cart?
Click “Checkout” and you’ll be taken to the check out screen to input your credit card information and shipping information. From here, click “Checkout Now” to complete your order.

Refund and Return Policy
Non-food items may be returned within 30-days if unused and packaged in their original boxes. Please contact our purchasing department to receive an Return Merchandise Authorization. You will be refunded the purchase price of the item minus shipping and handling charges. Food items may be returned only if the item is unopened and all seals are intact. We cannot accept returns on any open food item.

Can I purchase products offline?
Not at this time. Please order through our online shop or visit our retail locations.

Payment Policy
To place an order online, a major credit card is required. Salish Lodge & Spa accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Payment by Cash or Check is not accepted. COD is not available.

Are there more products that I can order from the Salish Lodge?
